In this class we will be creating space & length in our bodies with a range of Pilates stretches. Each stretch flowing nice and smoothly into the next.
Our aim is to improve our flexibility & mobility in our muscles & joints.
Using our breath to release daily tension & correct faulty muscle movements.
Small Pilates props may be used in this class.
