I am so very passionate about helping others & assisting them to be the best versions of themselves. Through mindful stretching & thoughtful breathing, I believe we can calm our minds & energise our bodies.

Working in Health & Fitness has been a passion of mine for over 15 years now.

Many moons ago I started Amaranti’s Personal Training & Pilates, into which I put all my heart and soul.

This tiny idea was to create a warm & safe space for people to get fit, push themselves & be amazing. I have met so many amazing people on this journey which I am so very proud of. During my 15 years of experience, I have learnt to tailor classes to suit a vast range of people for Private Sessions, Group Fitness Classes, Bootcamps, Pilates, Women’s Box Fit, Senior Pilates Sessions & Living Longer, Living Stronger Classes.

My passion is to deliver Fun, Motivating & Challenging Classes that have clients returning each and every week.

Flow Pilates Online is my New Pilates Adventure.

Just like I did many moons ago. I am hoping to create a New Space to Make Your Life Easier.

HOW TO ATTEND A LIVE ONLINE PILATES CLASS WITH KRISTY

  • STEP 1:

    Welcome to Flow Pilates.

    Simply go to the Class Schedule Tab & choose the day & time that suits you best. Click on ’Sign Up’

    After you sign up you will receive an email with your personalised Zoom link for your class.

  • STEP 2:

    Download Zoom onto the device you will be using for your class.

    You can use your computer, ipad or your phone.

    ‘Zoom is free to download’

  • STEP 3:

    Get your mat ready and wear something comfortable for your session.

    You will receive an email reminder 1 hour before your class.

    Simply click on this link to attend your session.

  • New Classes Available

    If you can’t find a time that suits you please reach out so we can try to add more classes that suit you and your weekly schedule.

A massive time-saver for me at the moment when life for me is at an extra hectic place. Kristy explains the movements so well and each movement does flow so well into the next, i understand why it is called Flow Pilates! My body felt stretched, and warm with better flexibility at the end. I felt relaxed and re-charged, ready to take on the next task - after spending this important 45 mins totally on me and my well-being.
