    Stretch, Bend and Unwind Mid-Week with Kristy

    In this class we will be creating space & length in our bodies with a range of Pilates stretches. Each stretch flowing nice and smoothly into the next.

    Our aim is to improve our flexibility & mobility in our muscles & joints.

    Using our breath to release daily tension & correct faulty muscle movements.

    Small Pilates props may be used in this class.

  • Friday Flow

    Tone & Stretch Your Body with a Friday Flow Session

    This class is a nice combination & balance of toning our bodies & lengthening them too. It’s the perfect match!

    You will feel taller, stronger, more balanced & re-energised when you finish.

    Creative routines that flow smoothly from one position to the next.

    Small Pilates props may be used in this class.

  • Tuesday Strength

    A Strength & Tone class for that Feel Good Feeling

    If you want to feel stronger and get more toned, then this is a must attend session. Jam packed with variety & props for toning your legs, abs and arms.

    Low impact. Challenging. Creative & fun!

    A variety of small props are used in this session.
